Looking for an easy night out where everything is already taken care of? Join us for a relaxed Old Fashioned cocktail class with full-size cocktails, paired appetizers, and hands-on mixing, no experience needed.

We’re bringing back our popular cocktail class for the first time in a year, just in time for Valentine’s weekend. Come with a partner, friends, or on your own. This is a low-pressure, social evening designed to be fun, not formal.

You’ll sample several Old Fashioned variations, learn what actually makes the drink work, and build your own version with guidance from our head bartender. The focus is on enjoying great drinks, not memorizing recipes.

Two full cocktails, appetizers, instruction, and gratuity are all included in the ticket price, no surprises, no add-ons.

A curated spread of appetizers and finger foods from Cinder Inn will be served alongside the class, and you’ll also receive 10% off one Silverback bottle to take home and experiment with.

We’re keeping this class intentionally small so everyone gets hands-on time and personal guidance.
